​Brendan Byrne,  Founding Partner – an East End Native born in Southampton Hospital and raised on the North Fork. As "The East End Broker", Brendan covers both real estate lending and sales in The Hamptons and on the North Fork.  His real estate services are offered through Douglas Elliman.  As a life long entrepreneur, he has always had the passion for business and getting the deal done. Many of Brendan’s professional relationships have been developed through his employment in the golf industry, including Shinnecock in Southampton & Atlantic Golf Club in Bridgehampton. Subsequently, he has spent 16 years on Wall St. starting as a retail stock broker then graduating to owning a portfolio management and NYSE volume leading trading firm. His ventures have employed over 1500 people since inception with one time human resources as high as 160. Brendan’s accomplishments include business developments that have lead to his participation the $280 Million sale of a trading and software company to E*Trade. In real estate, his investments began with his first home while in college. That was the catalyst to multiple international real estate projects and vacation properties in Florida.  Brendan has funded 100's of transactions both personally and for his group of investors.  Brendan is a firm believer that success begets success.
